50 DAYS OF CHANGE takes the focus off "8 week challenges" and instead shifts to setting daily goals to transform yourself.
Back Yourself Fitness is putting a heavier emphasis on moving more as opposed to calorie counting and judging our success one week at a time. Yes the food is important and yes there will be nutrition advice however, this time around our aim is to give every person signed up the best chance to be successful each day.
No more will you be able to say: "oh, it's been a bad week" because we're breaking it down into days. Every. Day. Counts.
- body scan before/after
- challenge shirt
- excursion bootcamps (to be held on certain Saturdays across the 50 days)
- DAILY workouts sent via text
- OPEN GYM for challengers (set times)
- nutrition advice and guidance
- awards ceremony
- win free entry into a 2022 challenge run by Back Yourself Fitness
- pay across 3 installments
$300 registration fee (fee can be split across 3x $100 payments)
