6 Week Lockdown Challenge

About The Event
So the holiday season is now behind us and it's time to lockdown our training and food. Getting back on track is the hardest part about coming off the festive season. The challenge runs from Feb 1st through to March 114th. Our 6wk challenge will be very simple yet effective IF you're willing to put the effort into yourself:
- before and after measurements
- food monitoring (we highly recommend using My Fitness Pal so we can monitor your food)
- at home workouts to do
- nutritional info
- access to the Facebook challenge group
- discounted registration fee IF you're signed up to the Back Yourself Fitness groups
- water bottle and gym bag
- cash prize for the best results
REGISTRATION FEE: $80 (if you're signed up to Back Yourself Fitness Groups) OR $100 (if you are not signed up to Back Yourself Fitness Groups)
Things will be different in this challenge in the sense that the 2 gyms will NOT be coming together for bootcamps. Instead the emphasis will be on you putting in effort to whatever training you're doing but also we're encouraging people into the Back Yourself Groups. If you are signed up to the groups you recieve a discounted registration fee but also you have more opportunity to train with 1 of the trainers. The whole idea behind this challenge is YOU being accountable for your actions and efforts. Every good meal, every training session, everytime you stretch is a positive investment into yourself. The more positive investments - the better you'll feel and the better your results.
