Scary to believe the Back Yourself Elite IV has already come and gone! We had 8 events over 5 weeks that tested our competitors in ways they hadn't been pushed before. On the final day we had the last 4 events of the Elite back to back and it's fair to say that there are still a few sore bodies. Below we'll look at each event and the winner break down:
