The Back Yourself Elite is back again and this time we've split the events into 3 different categories:
Event 1 is STRENGTH:
20min time limit
5RM Back Squat (to bench)
5RM Bench (done from floor)
TOTAL WEIGHT divided by 100% body weight (males) and 80% body weight (females)
Highest % of weight lifted wins event 1!
