Back Yourself Elite V: Event 5



With our strong events behind us we move back to our CONDITIONING!

In this event we're doing a Slam Ball Beep Test!

You will have either 70 or 90secs to complete:

20m Strongman Carry

6x overhead throws

4x front squat

2x shoulder to shoulder press


Using a 20 or 30kg slam ball

The event will keep going until you don't finish the reps before the next interval starts (much like the beep test).


We're looking for the most amount of reps possible (counting only the repped exercises not the walk). Enjoy!
