Mobility Series Ep. 5: DEADLIFT FLEXIBILITY



In Ep.5 I go through a basic hamstring, lower back and core stabilizing routine to get you prepped for deadlifts. After the mobility section I look at fine tuning my deadlift form.

I first focus on deadlift holds where I sit into my "set" position so that my body can recognise how it should feel to be fully locked before a deadlift.

From there, I move into sets of 1x lighter weight deadlift making sure my core is fully engaged and that i'm transferring all my force through my feet and hips with a solid lock out at the top.
