Mobility Series Ep. 6: QUADS OFF, GLUTES ON



In this episode of our mobility series we're looking at relaxing our dominant leg muscles and engaging our weaker leg muscles. These movements are great if you have lower back problems! For this session you'll need to become your own trainer and pick your times/sets for each movement.

My advice:

Crab Holds 3 or 4x 30secs 15secs break

Flamingo Holds 3 or 4x 15secs 10secs break

Rolling as required

Stretching as required

Pressure Points 30-40secs each side
