We here at Back Yourself Fitness have just launched our very own podcast! This is NOT your typical fitness podcast, but more so a talk about what makes you tick. Your mentality towards your health and fitness. We want to help you master your own mindset and talk about your "why" when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. We want to question your current habits and approach towards food and fitness but also we'll be talking to other trainers and business owners to find out what makes them tick and how they juggle their day to day.
The end goal is to create thought provoking content which will allow the listeners to adjust their current mentality or relate to what we're talking about. This podcast will not give you your "why", however it might shine a light on why you're doing things the way you are and help you adjust your current habits.
