Strength and Movement is a group training environment which focuses on three things: Getting stronger, moving better, and a supportive community. The sessions are a hybrid between 1on1 personal training, and a boot camp style workout. Instead, the sessions are limited to 8 people which means that each person is coached through the proper technique of each exercise whilst still being part of a group dynamic. These sessions are designed with particular emphasis being on a compound movement such as the Deadlift, Back Squat, or Bench-press. The proper technique of these movements are broken down and then each person will work either individually or with a partner as they complete the ‘A’ series of the workout (Example: Deadlift 5sets of 5 reps, working up in weight each set). This is then followed with accessory exercises such as lunges, chin-ups or push ups which will often have a purpose to either work on improving imbalances, weak areas or posture related movement problems. The session will always finish with either core, stability or mobility exercises to ensure that longevity and movement quality is promoted.


The Strength and Movement program is a structured way of training which is designed so that each session is unique from the last. Meaning that Monday may be Deadlift and lower body stability exercises, whilst Tuesday is Bench-press and Upper body strength focused. The programmed format of the sessions means that each person can choose to come once, or up to five times during the week depending on what session times suit them. Each person that signs up for the Strength and Movement program will receive full access to ‘True Coach’, which allows them to track and record their workout data for each session. This is extremely helpful for monitoring weights used and workout information, and keeping on top of how they are progressing.


Strength and Movement is a community of likeminded people who want to get stronger, move better and support each other. Regardless of how fit you are or how strong you are, these sessions are planned in a way that you can work to your own ability and always feel supported whether your squatting 200kg or 20kg.

Thursday 5:30am – 6:15am & 6pm - 6:45pm

Friday 5:30am – 6:15am

Saturday boot camp 7am – 8am
