Why Do You Train?
When everyone signs up to a PT, joins a gym, commits to working out with friends etc. they're obviously doing it for a reason. That one reason should be your driving force and motivation whenever you don't feel like training.
If I had a dollar for every time someone said they're training to "be fit" or "lose weight" I'd be a millionaire, BUT they aren't the reason behind why you're training. There's a deeper reason that only you may know. A reason you haven't told anyone but is your motivator.
It's very easy to lose sight of that goal, so you always need to keep reminding yourself why you're training or why you're eating what you're eating.
Don't lose sight of your WHY.
Don't lose focus.
Stay motivated, stay hungry and Back Yourself.
